There's been a lot of talk about soccer in the winter lately.MLS commissioner Don Garber said the league is studying a possible shift in its season to the European calendar (whether that's still the case following the World Cup bid debacle is unknown), while Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger has suggested that the Premier League should abandon its traditional schedule and start its season in the spring.
On Wednesday, Scottish Football Association president George Peat issued a similar call.
Everyone is worked up over the weather, including those who now are pushing for the 2022 World Cup in blazing hot Qatar to be moved to the winter.
