PGA Championship 2011: Complete TV Schedule and Preview of Tournament

The 93rd PGA Championship will take place in Johns Creek, Ga., at the Atlanta Athletic Club. This prestigious major event begins on Thursday, August 11, and ends on Sunday, August 14.

Eyes will be focused on many people, such as Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Jason Day, Darren Clarke, Adam Scott, Rickie Fowler, Phil Mickelson, Luke Donald, and Martin Kaymer (who is the defending champion).

Below is the complete TV broadcast schedule:

Thursday, August 11: TNT from 1-7 PM ET

Friday, August 12: TNT from 1-7 PM ET

Saturday, August 13: TNT from 11 AM-2 PM ET and CBS Sports from 2-7 PM ET

Sunday, August 14: TNT from 11 AM-2 PM ET and CBS Sports from 2-7 PM ET

The winner of the WGC Bridgestone Invitational from Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio, could very well attract the most attention during the PGA Championship event, but most people will be fixated on Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and the man of the moment, Darren Clarke.

Darren Clarke's winning odds are not spectacular, even though he just captured the Claret Jug at the British Open a few weeks ago.

Tiger Woods has not played in months due to a knee injury, and the WGC Bridgestone Invitational was his first event back. He claims that his knee is feeling great, and the drive to win majors is still there.

Also, can Rory McIlroy prove his greatness for certain and win a second major?

Tune in next week to find out!
