D.C. United news & notes

A third doctor will evaluate MRI test results for D.C. United midfielder Branko Boskovic?s injured knee, but the Montenegrin midfielder will undergo surgery for a torn ACL soon and miss four to six months, club officials said Tuesday.

Because of the unique nature of ACL injuries, Boskovic was actually able to work out a bit at RFK Stadium in the morning (light running, no bulky bandage).

Will he play again this season?
