When we last saw Dolph Ziggler on TV, he was fired by SmackDown GM Teddy Long and escorted by the Big Show while World Heavyweight Champion Edge sang the classic 1969 Steam hit, "Na Na Hey Hey, Kiss Him Goodbye." But, I knew this would not be the last time we saw Dolph Ziggler simply because Vince McMahon is very high on him.
We wouldn't have to wait very long for Ziggler's return as he made his re-debut on Monday Night RAW against the Shaman of Sexy, John Morrison. He did get the victory on his first match as a member of the red brand, and as a result, will be a huge threat on Monday nights.
The addition of "The Master of Perfection" gives RAW a much-needed mid-card heel to seriously challenge Daniel Bryan for the United States Championship after Ted DiBiase, Jr. and Tyson Kidd failed at their attempts to defeat Bryan for the U.S. title. This also helps reignite their feud last October heading into the Bragging Rights pay-per-view.
Now, all Ziggler needs is his girlfriend, former SmackDown official consultant Vickie Guerrero to be by his side because without her, Ziggler gets no heat whatsoever. All Guerrero needs to do next week is to defeat Legendary Diva Trish Stratus, and I think she will because I see LayCool help her win.
Now, the question is which RAW Superstar will go to SmackDown? I think it's gonna be Sheamus because of the recent losing streak due to the fact that RAW producer Kevin Dunn is not very high on the Celtic Warrior.
Will it work in the long run? We shall see.
California Victory Great Lakes Division Phenoix Coyotes Tottenham Hotspur Detroit Red Wings
